About our Opportunity

We’re looking for Devanners to join our small and friendly Warehouse Team at our busy finished goods warehouse facilities, near Auckland Airport. This role is responsible for carrying out devanning activity effectively and proficiently across both our warehouse sites, to ensure stock is available to meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Destuff and palletize contents as per required pallet configurations, checking stock matches shipping manifests.
• Communication of any discrepancies to ensure shipments are receipted and located in the warehouse accurately and within agreed timeframes.
• Correctly identify and label stock to ensure the product matches the pallet quantities.
• Perform visual inspection for pests and contamination as per Ministry of Primary Industry (MPI) Biosecurity requirements

About You

We are a small team, so you must be a strong team-player. For us, this means that you must be reliable, have good time-keeping and a strong work ethic. Ideally, we are looking for people who want to build a career with us over the long-term, and who will help us to build a world-class warehouse operation.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse devanning, and be physically fit and able to undertake repeated lifting over a 6 - 8 hour shift. You will be able to work under pressure and move high volumes of stock to ensure we empty the desired number of containers each day, whilst keeping Health & Safety front of mind. AP certification is preferred but not essential.
