About the opportunity

We have a great opportunity for someone who loves customer service and sales to join our fun and friendly team at Cup & Carry as an Internal Sales Consultant.

We'd love it if you have experience, but if you're looking for your first sales role or wanting to make a change, we encourage you to apply. This is an office based, outbound sales role.

We love branding and helping customers print customised packaging and manufacture and print environmentally friendly packaging right here in Adelaide.

Based in Brompton, SA and reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll use our database to identify leads, creating opportunities to increase sales and strengthen customer engagement.

Your experience in sales will see you confidently and proactively, follow up with online and telephone enquiries and you’ll be comfortable approaching customers via phone to understand their needs and present creative solutions.

Keys to your success will be your excellent communication skills, the abilities to engage with a wide range of people, overcome objections and work in a fast-paced environment. 

About you 

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a food and beverage or hospitality environment.
  • The ability to present solutions to customers by phone and email, making it easy for them.
  • Experience in mining a database of leads to uncover and understand needs and present solutions.
  • An energetic, fun, and engaging approach. 
  • High levels of energy, determination, and tenacity.
  • Great communication skills.
  • A drive for getting results and enjoyment from being part of a team.
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly (Salesforce and Shopify)
