The Opportunity: 

This role has a strong focus on workforce data, HR systems, and process administration, supporting the efficient delivery of People & Culture services across the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating changes, and ensuring HR processes are completed correctly and on time.

This is a hands-on, productive role within a collaborative P&C team, suited to someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and structured processes, and takes pride in accuracy and reliability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage transactional requests within the People & Culture inbox and progress actions to completion
  • Process employee lifecycle changes including variations, exits, and updates in HR systems
  • Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS, SharePoint, and employee files
  • Prepare and issue employee correspondence using approved templates
  • Provide administrative support for People & Culture projects and initiatives
  • Assist with document reviews, data validation, and employee communications

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • Experience in an administrative, data-focused role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Confidence using systems and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Ability to follow processes and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong organisational skills and reliability
  • Ability to work productively as part of a People & Culture / HR / Corporate Services team
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with a range of internal stakeholders

  • Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
