The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide. This is a hands-on, varied role supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager in delivering high-quality marketing activities across the organisation.

You’ll play a key role in executing campaigns, managing content, supporting internal stakeholders, and keeping marketing operations running smoothly. If you enjoy blending creative work with organisation and coordination, this role offers the perfect balance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Create and coordinate engaging marketing content across digital channels
  • Maintain and update website content (WordPress) in a timely manner
  • Support CRM administration and campaign coordination
  • Manage incoming marketing requests and prioritise effectively
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams nationally
  • Assist with social media scheduling and performance tracking
  • Ensure all communications are aligned to brand tone and delivered professionally

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications preferred, but not essential
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills
  • Experience with WordPress website updates
  • CRM system experience (Pipedrive highly regarded)
  • Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
