You will have well established operational and strategic managerial experience combined with a developed understanding of the heavy vehicle and/or construction machinery industries.
You will be proficient at:
Setting and implementing strategic business direction
Optimising business opportunities and minimising business risks
Productively managing and utilising capital and operational expenditure
Achieving and exceeding agreed targets and KPI’s
Implementing and monitoring health and safety initiatives and managing legal compliance
Recruiting, developing and retaining high performing staff, including change management and team culture development
Producing accurate and timely reports
You will have had extensive leadership experience and all-round exposure to multiple facets of business management. You will also have sound operational decision-making and highly developed communication skills.
