Accounts Officer

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an Accounts all-rounder to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. In this role you will be working with a small but hardworking team; You will be a highly motivated individual, with a mix of responsibilities that relate to accounts payable and accounts receivable and possess a solid understanding of general ledger accounts. 

You will bring:

• Strong level computer skills, most importantly using Excel 
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with using paperless accounts systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Accounts Receivable and Payable Experience
• Experience in general ledger journals and accounts
• Statutory IRD payments
• Experience with tight month end reporting timeframes to an overseas parent company
• Communicating with clients via phone or email in a professional manner
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is favourable!
