Join our team as a Customer Care Consultant in Port Hedland and play a key role in supporting our customers. This is a dynamic, fast-paced customer service and retail role where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and email.
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of industrial products.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shopfront.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture.
- Work occasional Saturday mornings as part of weekend coverage.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail.
- Strong phone and face-to-face communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
