YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking an experienced and people‑focused Trade Store Manager to lead our branch in Dubbo, NSW.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations across Customer Care, Warehouse, and Trade Store functions—driving performance, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience.

As a leader in the business, you’ll guide your team to success, build strong customer relationships, and create a safe, high‑performing work environment. With access to a strong learning and development framework, you’ll be supported from day one to grow your operational and leadership capabilities.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the team
  • Recruit, onboard, and train staff
  • Manage daily branch operations and performance
  • Monitor sales, expenses, and profit results
  • Maintain stock levels and oversee branch assets
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Support promotional activities and ensure excellent service

What You'll Bring:

  • Qualifications in Business Management or similar (desirable) or relevant experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  • A collaborative, safety-focused leadership style
  • Experience in people management, operations, and financial oversight
  • A valid driver’s licence
