As an Account Manager, you will support with nurturing and developing relationships with new and existing customers. Leveraging a compelling customer offering through existing competitive advantages, you will design and implement strategies to improve sales and trade growth. 

In this role, you will have the autonomy to engage and leverage the Blackwoods network to support with the success of your customers. You’ll be on the ground, supporting across a range of unique businesses and industries in this dynamic role that will take you away from being behind a desk. 

Your day will include: 

  • Progress, maintain, and develop relationships with customers leveraging a unique value proposition 
  • Partner with Sales Teams and BDM to foster growth across portfolio 
  • Create and implement strategic campaigns to leverage offering and connect to win-win opportunities 
  • Review and maintain pricing levels balancing customer satisfaction with sales and margin growth 
  • Provide weekly and monthly updates to business relating to portfolio activity 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in Account Management in a B2B environment 
  • Flexibility to adapt approach depending on customer needs 
  • Ability to work autonomously while partnering with stakeholder groups 
  • High level commercial acumen 
  • Strong verbal and written communication 

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. Whilst this role will have you face to face with customers 80% of the time, there are necessary times you will need to be office based in Scoresby.
