Your Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team in Carole Park, QLD. In this role, you’ll engage with customers to ensure timely receipting of payments. If you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Allocate funds to debtor accounts
  • Assist customers via phone and email with prompt responses
  • Manage debts for small to large corporate customers
  • Upload invoices to portals/systems as required
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain account records
  • Resolve disputes
  • Perform general administrative duties

About You

  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive attitude and collaborative mindset
  • Previous experience in credit collections or reconciliations (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage high volumes and meet multiple deadlines
