About the Role
As the Regional Clothing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating clothing alteration and embellishment services - including embroidery, heat seal, screen printing, and garment alterations. You’ll manage digital assets, liaise with vendors, and ensure our offerings meet quality standards and customer expectations.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in internal sales or production coordination.
What your day-to-day looks like
- Administer and maintain pricing and embellishment master files
- Manage the digital asset library for logos and branding
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Monitor stock levels and forecast production needs
- Support warehouse finishing operations when needed
- Respond to customer queries and provide expert advice
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and margin goals
- Recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience
What You’ll Bring
- 5–7 years of experience in customer service, internal sales, or production coordination
- Strong computer literacy, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with commercial acumen
