Your Opportunity

Join our inbound Export team and provide exceptional sales and product support to domestic and international customers. This office-based role involves managing customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a seamless experience every time.

2x positions available, potential start date 12th January 2026.

What your new role entails:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience, assisting customers via telephone or email with a consistent ‘customer first’ mentality
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers, vendors, and other key stakeholders
  • Active participation in vendor product training to develop product knowledge and support customer needs
  • Manage customer quotes, orders, general enquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues
  • Take ownership and actively engage in all customer interactions to foster positive relationships
  • Coordinating the transportation of customers' goods throughout the entire logistics process

What you’ll bring with you:

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales and service environment, managing competing priorities
  • High attention to detail, with demonstrated problem solving and investigation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential
  • Intermediate MS Office skills are preferred
  • Experience in a similar role / industry will be highly advantageous, but not essential
  • A strong desire to learn and grow, with opportunities for continuous development
