Customer Care Consultant - Newman WA

We’re looking for a Customer Care Officer who is a local Newman resident, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for our customers – in person and over the phone
• Provide expert advice on our wide range of industrial products
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shopfront
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Uphold our safety standards and contribute to a positive team culture

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in customer service (retail or trade preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude
• Basic computer literacy (Windows PC)
