Join the team that turns customer challenges into powerful growth opportunities for Blackwoods. We’re looking for a Customer Implementation Lead who gets energy from solving complex challenges, working with different teams, and turning big commercial deals into real, measurable results.

In this role, you’ll own the end‑to‑end rollout of major Customer agreements delivering savings, driving revenue, and making sure change lands smoothly and confidently. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business, alongside key Customer contacts and strategic suppliers, to make every project a success.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based onsite at Blackwoods National Support Office, Macquarie Park with the opportunity for some hybrid working.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Lead end‑to‑end implementation of commercial deals to deliver Customer savings and Blackwoods revenue outcomes
  • Manage day‑to‑day Customer relationships, ensuring requirements are understood and project deliverables are met
  • Identify, escalate and mitigate project risks and issues, providing practical solution options
  • Report on project performance, including category conversions and continuous improvement outcomes
  • Analyse and redesign business processes, developing “to‑be” solutions and implementing improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement activities across Customer programs and internal operations

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 3+ years’ Project Management experience within Sales, Transformation, Procurement or Supply Chain
  • Proven ability to analyse and improve processes, frameworks, and systems in complex environments
  • Strong problem‑solving and business analysis skills, with the ability to challenge and recommend alternative solutions
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills across all levels
  • Commercially savvy and customer‑centric, with a strong understanding of delivering value to end-users
  • Technically proficient in SharePoint, Visio (or similar), Project, and with intermediate Excel capability
