We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager – Export to grow and strengthen relationships with export customers across Australia and international markets. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on sales role where you’ll combine strategy, relationship building, and opportunity hunting to deliver real growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning and growing a portfolio of export customers (locally and internationally)
  • Hunting new business and turning opportunities into long‑term partnerships
  • Building and executing account and growth strategies to hit sales and margin targets
  • Working closely with internal sales, category and supply teams to deliver great customer outcomes
  • Supporting tenders, proposals and pricing strategies
  • Representing the business with customers, suppliers and freight partners
  • Travelling domestically and overseas as required

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally with export or international markets
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Confidence building relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills
  • A proactive, self‑motivated mindset — you enjoy opening doors and closing deals
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM systems
