Workplace Trainer & Assessor – Disability Support Services

We’re looking for a passionate Workplace Trainer & Assessor to support the growth of our teams across Aruma Businesses — including our incredible supported employees. You’ll deliver meaningful, inclusive, and engaging training that builds vocational skills, boosts confidence, and helps people live the lives they choose.
What you’ll do:
This is your opportunity to bring learning to life — creating and delivering practical, inclusive training that empowers employees of all abilities to thrive at work. From hands-on vocational skills to personal development, your sessions will inspire growth and confidence. You’ll also collaborate with external RTOs to support specialist training and traineeships, helping our teams reach their full potential.
1 x Permanent Full Time position, including regular travel. Location is flexible in Northern NSW, South East Queenland regions.

What you’ll bring:
- Cert IV TAE40116 (Trainer & Assessor) or suitable equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in learning design/delivery
- Experience (or willingness to learn) working alongside people with disability
- A current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel
- Ideally experienced and capable of delivering accredited training in:
- First Aid & CPR
- Construction Industry White Card
- Food Safety
- Chem Smart / Weed Control
- Chainsaw
- Or willing to obtain
