As a key driver of community development, you will lead the charge in building inbound referral pathways into the Adelaide Universal Aftercare Service. Your ability to spark conversations will help open doors with GPs, mental health professionals, and community agencies.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Utilise stakeholder engagement strategies to coordinate, facilitate and implement an effective plan to increase inbound referral pathways from general practice and community into the Adelaide Universal Aftercare Services
  • Develop effective networks, cross-sector referral pathways and collaborative partnerships with a range of relevant external services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with GPs and mental health professionals in community to support the implementation and maintenance of referral pathways

What do you need to bring?

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in working with families and individuals affected by suicide
  • Experience and understanding of suicide safety planning

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences or Community Services or equivalent demonstrated experience
