What you’ll do

As a Case Manager you will support individuals and families experiencing homelessness. You will play a pivotal role in helping people overcome barriers, and helping them find a safe, suitable home, whilst being an advocate to ensure their fundamental health and safety needs are met. This role will predominantly be an outreach service, where you will meet clients in the community.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

● Delivering direct interventions, acknowledging the impact of multiple and complex needs of people experiencing homelessness

● Utilising and developing networks relevant to the needs of people experiencing homelessness

● Support people to develop confidence, increase self-esteem and motivation focused on sustaining tenancies

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

● Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services (Homelessness Sector) or equivalent (Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, Youth Work, Disability or equivalent experience) essential.

●Experience in working in a human services or homelessness setting and knowledge of a range of appropriate models of intervention.

● Exceptional advocacy skills: You're not afraid to speak up and fight for what's right
