What you’ll do

In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and data reporting support to the Residential Aged Care Leadership Team, ensuring smooth operations, accurate compliance reporting, and exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in supporting projects, managing documentation, and helping the team deliver quality services efficiently.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Delivering accurate, timely data reporting to internal stakeholders and government bodies.
  • Providing exceptional administrative and project support to the leadership team.
  • Ensuring compliance through meticulous record management and reporting.

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or data-focused role.
  • Strong skills in data entry, analysis, and reporting (Excel, Power BI or similar).

We would also love you to have:

  • Experience in aged care or healthcare compliance reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
