Are you a tech whiz with a passion for helping others?

Join AnglicareSA's dynamic Technology & Information team as an IT Support Analyst and make a lasting impact by ensuring our staff and volunteers have the essential IT infrastructure to deliver exceptional care.

Playing a crucial role in providing IT support for the business, you will assist AnglicareSA staff with IT support issues and use your excellent interpersonal skills to deliver high quality service outcomes to our internal stakeholders.

You will have solid experience in second-level support and system administration, especially within large organisations. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as you’ll need to quickly diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues to keep our systems running smoothly.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Provide timely and effective IT support to employees, resolving issues with desktop computers, printers, software, and network problems.
  • Work in a fast-paced IT team providing support to over 2000 staff and 300+ dedicated volunteers.
  • Visit various AnglicareSA sites across Adelaide and work with a range of business areas to resolve hardware and networking issues.
  • Train end users and employees on IT systems, fostering a customer-focused and inclusive work culture.
  • Support the management and maintenance of AnglicareSA’s IT infrastructure.

What do you need to bring?

  • Excellent customer service skills with a responsive approach to managing enquiries and issues.
  • Ability to maintain thorough documentation and support a positive, inclusive work culture.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative, as well as within a team environment.
  • Experience in supporting a Microsoft network environment.
  • Desirable: ITIL certification (shows your commitment to best practices).
