What you’ll do

As a Residential Care Coordinator at AnglicareSA, you’ll be the first point of contact for older people and their families seeking residential aged care.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a professional, supportive, and seamless admissions experience -providing trusted advice, clear communication and compassionate guidance every step of the way.

You’ll work closely with our site teams to match residents to the right care environment, navigate financial agreements, and manage the admissions process with care and precision.

Your role helps ensure our care homes are full, welcoming, and ready to deliver outstanding support.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Providing a high-quality, customer-focused admissions journey for residents and families
  • Guiding conversations around financials, eligibility and care needs with empathy and clarity
  • Collaborating with site teams to ensure timely room readiness and effective occupancy
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring compliance with aged care regulations
  • Promoting AnglicareSA’s care offering through informed, respectful engagement and site tours

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in aged care or residential services, particularly in admissions or coordination
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and sales skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Solid time management and administrative capability, including CRM systems
  • The successful candidate must have: a valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance, current flu vaccination & National Police Check or willingness to obtain.

We would also love you to have:

  • Confidence discussing financial and contractual terms with families
  • A compassionate, inclusive approach to working with people from all walks of life
  • Knowledge of AN-ACC and aged care legislation
  • A drive to make a positive difference, backed by the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
