AnglicareSA is looking for a motivated and influential Operations Manager, Resident Experience to join our team. In this brand new customer-focused role, you'll be the champion of resident well-being. You'll listen to residents and their families, identify areas for improvement, and then develop and implement innovative strategies to elevate the resident experience to new heights.

Our vision: residents in our Aged Care facilities feel like they are home, with every detail of their experience intentionally designed with their comfort, enjoyment, and preferences in mind. We have the senior leadership in place to shape the vision, and we're looking for a passionate customer experience expert to make it a reality.

Here’s how you will make a difference:

  • Be the architect of exceptional customer experience: Define and implement a strategy that ensures every touchpoint in the resident journey exceeds expectations.
  • Lead the way on innovation: Develop and implement cutting-edge programs and services that respond to resident needs and industry trends.
  • Become a champion for resident-centered care: Embed a resident-focused philosophy in everything we do, from housekeeping to hospitality.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement: Collect resident and family feedback, analyse data, and use insights to constantly improve our services.
  • Empower and support your team: Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive workplace that inspires high performance.
  • Ensure the highest quality of care: Implement robust quality control systems and ensure all services comply with regulations and best practices.

Your superpowers include:

  • A background in hospitality or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer experience design.
  • Previous experience in a strategic leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and change management skills.
  • A passion for listening to residents and families and turning their ideas into reality.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
