The Opportunity

Ampcontrol is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of major infrastructure and tunnelling projects. In this role, you will manage multidisciplinary teams and end-to-end project execution ensuring timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure and tunnelling projects from start to finish.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, contractor coordination, and client communication.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare progress reports, contract documentation, and project documentation.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and delivery excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualifications or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in infrastructure, construction, or tunnelling.
• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale infrastructure projects
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management software
