THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team at our Gold Coast office. You will work alongside the wider Accounts Receivable Team to ensure timely payment of Invoices. This is a full-time permanent role and you will be provided with opportunities for growth, stability and security as part of the Finance Shared Services Team.

 

Role responsibilities

  • Full function Accounts Receivable tasks
  • Collection of all overdue invoices
  • Investigation of issues delaying payment
  • Receipting and Payment allocations
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Journal Transactions
  • Results focused and ability to achieve goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with service providers & creditors
  • Innovative and forward thinking

 

Does this sound like you?

  • 1+ years Accounts Receivable experience
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS)
  • NetSuite experience highly regarded
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and deliver on-time
