Customer Service Officer – Gemini Wacol (Brisbane)

Permanent Role | Monday to Friday | No Weekends!

About Gemini Wacol

Located just off the Ipswich Motorway in Brisbane’s western corridors, Gemini Wacol is a well-established repair shop. As part of the wider AMA Group you will be provided with ample career progression and long-term employment. With a dedicated team of 26, we operate out of a modern, fully-equipped facility that includes top-tier welders and side-loading spray booths.

The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team at Gemini Wacol.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to support our team and assist in the smooth operation of the workshop, providing vital administrative, invoicing support, and keeping our customers updated throughout the repair process.

Permanent position, day shift. 7.30am - 4.30pm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming, customer-friendly environment
  • Greet customers upon arrival and provide an exceptional service experience
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs and anticipated completion dates
  • Contact customers post-repair to ensure satisfaction with their experience
  • Manage phone and email communications with customers
  • Assist management with inventory management (parts, paint, consumables)
  • Liaise with insurance companies regarding claims and repairs
