About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our busy team at AMA Collision Arundel.

Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week) offering long-term career stability and development within a national company.

Your Responsibilities

• Process and pay supplier invoices accurately and on time
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or creditor issues
• Respond to accounts payable queries promptly
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ year experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Experience with high-volume reconciliations
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• NetSuite experience is highly regarded
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
