Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Abbott Park, IL

Duration: 4 Month

100% Onsite

Job Description:

• With limited supervision by HR Management or Senior HR professionals, will assist to coordinate and/or administer various aspects of the organization’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.
• Responsible for more than one of these areas and perform many of the same activities as professionals that specialize in these individual HR functions.

Education: Associate’s Degree preferred

Duties:

• Applies subject matter knowledge; requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
• Responsible for supporting variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.
• Data cleanup, job descriptions, organize efforts to update job descriptions, implement hiring process and development.
• Need to know basics of HR compliance.
• Focus on supporting the Business Human Resource leader on implementing processes.
• Must be organized and be able to prioritize well.
• Must interact with leaders at all levels of the business.
