Who you are
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you are an experienced relationship owner, growth orientated, commercial strategist who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder sales and account environments. You operate with a deep understanding of enterprise dynamics and are skilled at uncovering opportunities that deliver customer value and drive revenue expansion.
You’re confident engaging with senior leaders across large organisations, navigating complex internal environments, and owning strategic conversations that impact long-term partnerships. You bring the credibility of previous HR tech or enterprise SaaS experience and pair it with a hunger for growth and advocacy.
What you will do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring deep engagement and revenue expansion through cross-sell and upsell.
- Lead strategic account planning initiatives to uncover opportunities aligned to both Humanforce and customer goals.
- Act as a commercial advisor and customer advocate across internal teams including Sales, Product, Services, and Support.
- Apply Challenger Sales and MEDPIC methodology to influence stakeholders and build robust deal strategies.
- Develop strong internal relationships to ensure customer needs are met with excellence and speed.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and provide reliable forecasting and reporting.
- Deliver territory-level strategy including segmentation, coverage planning, and alignment to growth objectives.
What you’ll need
- Deep experience in enterprise SaaS account management, within HR technology.
- Sales orientated mindset towards account management. Continual drive for growth and commercial success within your accounts.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute long-term territory and account strategies.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets through account expansion.
- Experience leading strategic commercial conversations and solution alignment.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (SugarCRM preferred, not a must) and pipeline forecasting.
Some ‘nice to haves’
- Experience working within or selling to complex organisational structures or regulated environments.
- Deep competitor knowledge of key HCM, Workforce Management or HR SaaS solutions.
