Maintenance Fitter

Yates is Australia and New Zealand’s leading marketer and manufacturer of household garden care products for over 140 years offering a premium range of fertilisers, plant protection products, packet seeds, potting mix and garden accessories.

We have several Full-time and Part-time Maintenance Fitter roles based at our production facility in Mt Druitt, Western Sydney. These roles are Monday to Friday (6am or 7.30am start times), carrying out all maintenance and installation works to ensure the site performs at its peak each day.

Successful candidates will have the following skills and experience  

• Mechanical Fitter trade certificate
• Previous manufacturing plant maintenance experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills

Although not essential, it would be great if you have...

• Fabrication background

Training is provided and you'll also be surrounded by an experienced team who will support you to succeed in your role.
