About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Trades Assistant at our Pakenham depot to support our dynamic team working on the electrical distribution network in a construction, operations, and maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Preparing sites by digging pole holes, earth trenches, and handling general yard/depot duties
  • Assisting & providing support to electrical trades
  • Conduct maintenance and asset inspections in accordance with client/company policies, quality systems and HSE procedures as well as statutory requirements

About You

You’re a hands-on, multi-skilled Trades Assistant, ready to support our team and keep things running smoothly.

  • Solid experience using a variety of hand tools and equipment
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Current Australian driver’s license (HR Class preferred)
  • High-Risk Work License - Forklift, CN (highly desirable)
  • Blue/White Card (OHS Construction Induction Card)
