Your Role

The Senior Site Manager will be based out of our Mackay Office with the expectation of regular visits to our Site Managers and clients in the Bowen Basin area. The Senior Site Manager will provide leadership, support, mentoring and training to their team.

Reporting into and working closely with our Area Manager, the role requires a highly motived individual who is able to work autonomously and bring with them their can do attitude! In doing this, key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the development and retention of Site Managers
  • Developing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Performance reviews of Site Manager and Coordinators
  • Training and mentoring
  • Handling grievances
  • Maintaining regular site presence
  • Monthly KPI reporting
  • Encouraging and creating positive team spirit

Your Skills

  • Previous experience managing a team
  • The ability to motivate, lead and mentor others
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Demonstrable people management skills
  • Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to multi task, self-manage and provide exceptional customer service
