What will your day look like?
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and support desktop, laptop, printers, mobile devices to ensure smooth operation for all end-users.
- Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
- Provide remote and on-site technical assistance and training to end-users as required.
- Document processes and issues, including solutions in knowledge base

Skills & Experience we are looking for
- Jira Service Management, Confluence, Intune, Azure, Microsoft Teams experience is required.
- Hybrid mail environments and mobile devices desirable
