The opportunity:

Kinetic Fleet Services (KFS) is currently on the lookout for a Fleet Administrator to become a valued member of our national Fleet team.

Reporting to our General Manager of Fleet, this role will be responsible for the accurate and timely administration of fleet record management, transfers between business units, coordination with vendors and internal resources for commissioning and disposal of fleet, day to day management of light fleet and associated reporting. 

What you'll be doing:

  • record management of fleet asset register.
  • capture, record and communicate changes of build management, end of line commissioning and approval, disposal, transfers and fleet upgrades.
  • coordinate asset transfers between business units.
  • day to day management of Kinetic's light fleet.
  • coordinate and manage purchase orders and procurement within delegated authority.
  • support business resources associated with vehicle registration renewals.

The boxes you’ll tick:

  • Experience in fleet administration preferred
  • Transport or Vehicle Maintenance industry experience highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong numerical analytical skills
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations and a positive approach to continuous improvement and changing work environment
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
