As a Meter Renewals Supervisor, you will report to and assist the Project Manager to manage the activities of the Meter Renewals program by taking ownership and providing leadership to ensure the operational objectives of stakeholders are met and to ensure the project achieves the required scope on time, to budget and within technical and quality standards.

What you can expect with this role
· Liaising with the OSH and Environmental branches to review Management Plans, Job Safety & Environmental Analysis Documentation, and close out Incident Investigations
· Regular field engagements, providing support to your team members and contractors where required
· Demonstrate leadership by ensuring that all work is undertaken with safety as the priority
· Support team development through effective and results driven coaching
· Engaging with relevant stakeholders/customers to ensure project outcomes meet technical and quality standards
· Manage the internal/external teams’ day to day resource management in relation to requirements, including long term planning and escalating to the Project Manager where required
· Supporting Customer Care team in investigating and responding to customer issues
· Ensuring activities are delivered in compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
· Providing effective feedback both internally and externally to our contract partners
Your skills and experience
For this role, we are looking for great talent with:
Proven leadership capability with experience managing, leading, developing and deploying a team to enhance business capabilities. You have excellent conceptual and analytical skills which assist you in building stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes.
You also have;
· Tertiary level qualification in a business discipline and/or considerable experience in large commercially focussed organisation providing and coordinating customer related field services
· Experience in project or program delivery
· Knowledge of OHS policies and procedures, particularly relating to field-related activities
· Knowledge of water-related infrastructure assets, schemes, and systems is desirable
