As a Student Services Officer, you will provide essential advice and administrative support, ensuring students have access to the information, services, and engagement opportunities they need to succeed.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver timely and effective student support services, including admissions, enrolment, and general administration.
  • Provide advice on student-related policies, processes, and services, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Support student engagement initiatives that foster belonging, social connection, and academic success.

This fixed term position is until the end of Feb 2026, is full time and will be located at our Central Coast Campuses on Darkinjung land.

  • A strong customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive student experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with working to and interpreting policy and procedure.

The remuneration for this position is from $74,491 to $80,972 plus 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

About the Unit

The domain of Regional Campuses is responsible for the management and delivery of Central Coast Campus operational activities, and for driving engagement with key stakeholders. More specifically, the team provide support to students and academic staff based at Central Coast Campus locations (Ourimbah and Gosford).

  2. Demonstrated excellence in customer service and administration, especially in a high-volume outcomes-based service environment dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  3. Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, identify and resolve problems, and refer when appropriate.
