Job Responsibilities:

  • This role is the first point of contact for homeowners when reaching out to our client in person at their Customer Care office.
  • Responsible overseeing and contributing to an amazing customer experience by ensuring homeowners needs are met, they are communicated with, and information is provided quickly.
  • Provide friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic communication in person, in e-mail correspondence and over the phone.
  • Responsible for maintaining site office cleanliness, ordering supplies and other assigned tasks requested.
  • Liaise with project team to prepare for building completion. This includes maintaining schedules, contacting purchasers, preparing documents, preparing keys, and special projects.
  • Responsible for guiding homeowners through login concerns on the online portal and updating homeowner information in the database.
  • Assist with building completion during Key Pick up stage. This includes being on site as needed to assist during periods of heavy volume to assist with providing keys to owners, distributing gifts, and special projects to enhance customer experience.
  • Liaise with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Construction, and Property Management on various joint projects to improve the customer experience.
  • Liaise with external groups such as property managers, utilities companies, trade partners, Strata Corporations, and Realtors to facilitate the needs of the external groups.


Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Previous experience with residential construction, real estate, or sales is required.
  • Post-Secondary and diploma/certificate in business or construction field an asset.
  • Experience using MS Office suite, Adobe, and other Construction or sales related software. Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Outlook. 
  • Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings, and other construction related documents.
  • Professional, courteous and prompt e-mail and phone skills.
  • Superior organizational, critical thinking, solution focused problem solving and time management skills in order to prioritize work load.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and able to communicate with a variety of people and groups.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with a strong willingness to learn and be challenged.
  • Positive and upbeat attitude with strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution abilities.
