Your opportunity:

As our Paid Social Media Manager, play a pivotal role in delivering to our brand promise and commercial acquisition targets through paid social media strategies. As Paid Social Media Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our paid social media campaigns across various platforms. You will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating closely with media, marketing, brand, and design teams to achieve ambitious business objectives.

You'll make impact by:

• Co-ownership and development of TPG’s paid social media channel strategy with the Senior Media Lead, as well as being the main point of contact for Social.
• Working in a cross-brand function, the Paid Social Media manager will support the acquisition and brand teams for campaign budgeting, planning, execution, and post campaign review.
• Manages paid social activations in line with overall marketing strategy and media KPIs.
• Plan, create, and execute paid social campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other emerging platforms.
• Challenge internal stakeholders with market leading test and learn initiatives that complement and add value to our media strategies.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in digital marketing & performance media, with a focus on paid social marketing.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications or similar.
• High level experience in Paid Social platforms (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, and more). Knowledge and experience in Organic Social is also beneficial.
• A proven track record of developing effective campaigns that drive tangible business and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills. Ability to present complex/technical matters in a way that is easily understood by cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ideally, you will also have:
• Ability to understand where automation platforms and measurement tools can be brought into the mix to deliver ROI against our smarter solutions.
• Closely collaborate with the Marketing Technology team on enhancing audience segmentation, activation, and integration with other ad-tech initiatives.
• Help maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with our key social media partners.
