Your opportunity:
As our Outbound Logistics Operations Administration, you will play a vital role in co-ordination with inventory supply, order management & reverse logistics functions across multiple sales channels. Act as the key interface between our Vodafone channels and customers to the Vodafone Logistics Centre. The role will manage the execution of all operational requirements whilst at the same time looking for opportunities to gain efficiencies and cost savings via operational process improvement whilst maintaining the optimum customer experience.
You'll make impact by the following:
- Order and delivery management for TPG Telecom brands, ensuring all orders are processed in line with SLAs and customer expectations whilst proactively communicating order status and delays or impacts as and when required
- Implement and maintain efficient distribution models across key channels to maximise sales whilst minimising inventory holding and returns, and minimising distribution costs.
- Gain a deep understanding of order management systems, including Oracle, other internal systems and where applicable 3rd party EDI (Electronic Data Interface) systems
- Build strong, collaborative and productive relationships with key stakeholders(internal & external).
- Escalation of stock outages/ potential supply or distribution delays
- Management of escalations, seeing them through to resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Lead in the development of new and existing business processes and systems
- Proactive end to end freight tracking including management of damage in transit and lost in transit with all freight partners
- Manage a continuous improvement plan to drive alignment of our brands and gaining operational efficiencies with our partners and internal stakeholders through process change and project delivery
- Other administrative tasks to support the Logistics function as required

What you’ll bring:
- Previous Logistics experience preferred but not essential
- Experience in sales or customer care with a high level of customer service and accountability to deliver results/resolution
- Able to communicate complex information clearly in writing and verbally to varied stakeholders
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Able to problem solve and understand root causes of issues
- Proactive approach to operational and process improvement and driving change
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical, planning and reporting skill
Ideally, you will also have:
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic and ever-changing team
- Creative, flexible and energetic
- Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organisation
- Intermediate Excel skills
