Your opportunity:
This role offers an exciting chance to lead a sales organisation tailored to a mobile-first enterprise. It’s an opportunity to shape team culture, innovate within the enterprise mobility space, improving the way our customers connect and work, further driving our position as a market leader in enterprise mobility.
You'll make impact by:
- Developing and implementing sales rituals that drive growth and enhance market share across the NSW region
- Leveraging a robust network of executive relationships to stimulate high-value deals and partnerships.
- Identifying, nurturing, and growing talent within the sales team to build future leaders.
- Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture that aligns with organizational goals.
- Analysing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitoring sales performance and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Being accountable for management of revenue on some of our largest accounts including managing executive relationships
What you'll bring:
- Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive growth
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing sales teams.
- Strong background in fostering collaborative and results-driven team cultures.
- Highly experienced in using a “Customer Outcomes” type approach, utilising TPG’s product and services to identify customer needs and sell into applicable market sectors
- The ability to creatively position TPG as an innovative, flexible and responsive service provider
- The ability to proactively identify and create new business growth opportunities
- The ability to solution sell and understand full product suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional knowledge and understanding of sales strategies when selling into TPG market sectors
- Strong understanding of TPG’s business and the competitive marketplace around us
