Your opportunity:

At TPG, we are constantly looking for future technologies to bring the best network services and solutions to our customers.

As a Principal Architect focused on the management of scam and fraud on TPG voice and messaging networks, you will work with stakeholders within Technology and across the business to identify, develop and deliver enhancements to our capability.

You'll make impact by:

• Develop and maintain a capability roadmap for the management of scam and fraud traffic on the TPG voice and messaging networks
• Develop costed solutions to deliver capabilities on the roadmap
• Communication and presentation of this roadmap to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership, input to, and assessment of, Australian security, scam and fraud management and related regulations
• Maintain a view of voice and messaging scam and fraud management approaches used by other operators and international developments

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor or master’s degrees in computer science, Telecomunications Engineering or relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience of mobile core network solution development and design.
• Ability to communicate complex technical matters to non technical stakeholders both internal and external
• Ability to work at architectural Level and deep technical level
• Expert level knowledge of SIP, SMS and MMS architecture and signalling 

Ideally, you will also have:

• Knowledge of approaches to recognise and manage scam and fraud traffic
• Knowledge of Australian regulation related to security, scam and fraud management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
