Your opportunity:

Vodafone Business is looking for looking for an Integrated Campaign Manager to lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified traffic, demand and digital sales for Vodafone Business. Working within the Marketing & Digital team, you’ll translate business priorities into high-impact, insight-led activity across paid media, digital, content and sales channels, coordinated with owned channels and activated across retail, telesales and partner channels where relevant. You’ll also partner closely with our media agency as a performance-driven extension of the team to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Acquisition & Growth Lead, you’ll plan and deliver integrated, outcome-driven campaigns that support Vodafone Business growth across SOHO, SME and Enterprise. You’ll shape value propositions and translate features/offers into compelling customer benefits, connecting sharp messaging with high-performing digital journeys to maximise traffic quality, demand and conversion. You’ll also work closely with teams across marketing, digital, creative and sales to ensure campaigns are executive effectively and deliver measurable business results.

What you’ll do

Campaign strategy & planning

  • Develop integrated campaign strategies grounded in audience insight, business priorities and clear value propositions.
  • Translate product features and offers into customer-centric, benefit-led messaging and structured message hierarchies.
  • Define the optimal channel mix across paid media channels, with clear roles by funnel stage to generate qualified demand, leads and sales.
  • Build campaign roadmaps, budgets and customer journey maps that connect media, creative and on-site experience.

Messaging & creative development

  • Create messaging frameworks that articulate benefits with clarity and persuasion across formats.
  • Brief and guide creative development to ensure channel-appropriate executions and strong message-click-landing alignment throughout the funnel.
  • Execution & project management
  • Lead end-to-end delivery (briefs, timelines, approvals, QA), ensuring campaigns launch on time and scale effectively.
  • Partner with the Digital team to deliver fast, conversion-ready landing pages with robust tagging and mobile-first experiences.
  • Coordinate with channel marketing to activate campaigns across retail, telesales and partner channels where relevant.

Media agency partnership

  • Treat the media agency as a performance partner: co-create media plans, audience strategies and test agendas.
  • Run a tight optimisation rhythm together (daily pacing, weekly insights, in-flight tests) to continuously improve traffic quality, CPL and CPA.

Performance, optimisation & experimentation

  • Apply hands-on digital performance media optimisation across media channels (budgets, audiences, placements, creative rotation).
  • Run structured experiments (messaging, creative, landing pages, audience segments) to improve demand capture and conversion.
  • Integrate SEO and behavioural insights to strengthen journey efficiency and grow qualified inbound traffic.

Measurement, insights & reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Ensure campaign activity contributes to forecasted, evolving and seasonal demand, leads and sales targets.
  • Deliver clear, commercial post-campaign analyses with insights and actionable recommendations for the next iteration.

Governance and operational excellence

  • Ensure compliance with brand, legal and privacy standards.
  • Maintain operational discipline (naming conventions, tagging hygiene, asset/version control, documentation and learnings logs).

Knowledge & Experience (preferred & recommended)

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years delivering measurable integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Proven ability to turn product features/offers into benefit‑led messaging that drives demand and conversion.
  • Clear understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, content and SEO, and how to leverage these to drive growth.
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and apply data-driven insights and optimisation.
  • Experience coordinating creative, media and digital teams, including collaborating with external agency partners to drive performance
  • Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills across multiple content formats.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Telecommunications or technology experience is an advantage.
