Your opportunity:

The Program Manager – Transformation Execution (12 month Fixed Term Contract) will be responsible for ensuring effective business governance, planning, and execution across the Transformation Programs. This role will ensure that execution is in line with technical release roadmap, business launch plans, and strategic priorities. The Program of work this role supports may change or expand over time according to business needs and priorities.

You'll make impact by:

  • Program Management and Governance
  • Execute transformation program governance activities, including improvements in delivery framework, ways of working, and approach to align all business & technology stakeholders and delivery partners.
  • Capture program risks & issues and develop mitigation & contingency strategies with clear ownership and timely management.
  • Proactively manage key actions, including dependency mapping and integration with overall transformation roadmap and consumer-wide portfolio.
  • Develop and deliver program management artefacts & governance packs, including facilitation of collaborative discussions as required by the transformation program.
  • Transformation Execution
  • Effectively support the delivery of transformation outcomes, including technical release and business launch planning, and customer migration timelines, with coaching and support from your leader(s).
  • Partner with key stakeholders (e.g. Products, Cx, GTM, CLM, Change and Capability) to ensure effective delivery of transformation program outcomes.
  • Ensure transformation program is delivered according to desired outcomes – e.g., agreed quality, scope, and timeline.
  • Support the consumer transformation leadership team in enabling cross-functional collaboration and decision making with other key stakeholders in other business units.

What you’ll bring:

  • Hands-on experience working on large-scale business/technology transformation program environment within Strategy, Project/Program Management and PMO domains.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, business/technology stakeholders and delivery partners.
  • Proactive, critical thinker, and problem solver with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity; resilient and adaptable to changing requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and adept at managing complexity.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Experience in IT, Telco, Consulting or first-hand transformation delivery experience.
  • Project/Program Management Certification (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMP).
  • Understanding of Technical/Business Readiness, Change Management, and Go-To Market Activities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e., PPT, Excel, Word), JIRA, and Confluence.
