Your opportunity:
As our valued Payments Analyst, you will play a vital role in monitoring accurate and timely processing of TPGT customer payments. Maintaining payment integrity across all relevant systems . You’ll draw on your experience to support changes to business processes and improvement initiatives that impact payments and the payment journey
You'll make impact by:
- Completing financial reconcilliations.
- Establishing, support and maintain the day-to-day processes and procedures of Payments.
- Effectively communicate and develop key relationships with partners and business areas.
- Support changes to business processes and improvement initiatives that impact payments and the payment journey
- Comply to audit and regulatory standards set by TPGT and the Industry such as TCP compliance and PCI compliance
- Produce daily/weekly/monthly reporting and analysis as required
- Establish and maintain relationships with third party partners including managed service operators.
- Engage and communicate with key business areas including customer service, sales, marketing, technology and finance Fraud
- Develop, maintain and document payment/banking processes and procedures
- Investigate and respond to payment/banking enquires, refunds and disputes within agreed SLAs
- Participate and support changes within the payment/banking environment as a result of new projects, releases and fixes as directed by your manager. For example user acceptance testing
What you’ll bring:
- 1+ year Banking/Finance or customer service experience
- Payments and billing experience desirable
- Understanding of Payment gateway, Acquirer, Card schemes and Payment Fraud desirable but not essential
- Experience with working with teams remotely
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Siebel (CRM) and Braintree (payment gateway) systems
- Proven analysis and interpretation of high volume data.
Ideally, you will also have:
- SQL desirable
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- A logical and methodical approach must be demonstrated along with strong administrative and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use initiative when under pressure and faced with strict deadlines
- Oral and written communication skills of a high standard
- Customer Service focus and commitment
- A strong team player
- Undertake project work as directed by manager from concept to implementation,
