This opportunity

Fibre Engineering division is responsible for the expansion of TPG Telecom’s robust national fibre network into residential buildings other internal fibre infrastructure projects. The Land Activity & Stakeholder Engagement (LASE) Project Officer will play a crucial role in engaging and managing land access activity notice and fostering positive relations with impacted stakeholders, including landowners, Body Corporates & Strata amongst other relevant parties. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and articulate proposed fibre construction works and corresponding low impact to the property.

Responsibilities

  • Manage land access activity notice and ensure compliance with relevant Telco Act, regulations, policies & standards
  • Liaise with landowners, body corporates and other stakeholders to negotiate access arrangements, resolve disputes and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will be responsible to mitigate escalations and drive customer service excellence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including legal, engineering, and project management teams, to facilitate land access requirements for successful project execution.
  • Represent TPG Telecom at meetings, forums, and public consultations as required.
  •  Conduct site visits and assessments to identify potential land access issues and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of land access agreements, permissions, and related documentation.
