felix mobile – an Australian telco under the TPG Telecom umbrella – is looking for an experienced Senior Content Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. We’re after someone who can lead with purpose, create thumb-stopping content, and drive engagement across our channels.

The role
As the Senior Content Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our content strategy across the entire customer journey – from awareness and acquisition through to engagement and retention.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll lead content planning, production, and execution across our marketing website, app, CRM, paid media and assist with overseeing our social media channels. You’ll also mentor the Social Media Manager and work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure we are meeting brand objectives, and our messaging is clear, cohesive, and always on-brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and own the content strategy across all marketing channels – from digital acquisition to CRM, website, app, and paid media
- Plan, brief and oversee the creation of in house high-performing content, including ideation, development, and delivery
- Manage our website, keeping content up to date, visually aligned with our brand, SEO-optimised and customer-friendly
- Collaborate with key teams across the business including product, CRM, digital media, legal and customer care to align messaging and ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives
- Develop and oversee content processes ensuring consistency and agility across campaign and always-on content
- Mentor and develop the Social Media Manager, guiding social media strategy and overseeing all social content planning
- Own content delivery for key product updates and launches, acting as the marketing lead for web and app content requirements through to the marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Stay ahead of trends, keeping an eye on digital developments to ensure we remain relevant and innovative
Support integrated campaign planning, contributing to broader marketing strategies and supporting channel leads with their content requirements to drive results.
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of content marketing, brand, and/or social media experience, ideally with a digital-first or startup environment
- Strong experience in end-to-end content development, strategy, planning, briefing, execution and reporting
- Hands-on experience managing and optimising marketing websites, including SEO best practices and UX experiences
- A creative thinker with a knack for turning complex ideas into engaging, user-first content
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email platforms including best practice for email, in-app and push notifications
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
- Strong attention to detail and copywriting across multiple platforms
- A natural collaborator who’s organised, proactive and not afraid to push creative boundaries
