The role of the Senior Marketing Manager - Prepaid is to Lead the Pre-Paid CLM team across Vodafone, Felix, Kogan and Lebara. The role is responsible for developing highly effective and Brand relevant data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies that drive growth and reducing churn across each customer base.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of lifecycle managers and product owners across the several Pre-Paid brands to design and implement effective lifecycle strategy and campaigns
  • Lead the predictive insights and transformational roadmaps, working closely with each portfolio lead, relevant vendors and internal stakeholders to reduce churn, inactivity and increase customer value
  • Manage roadmap to unlock new channels and data sources relevant to each brand
  • Responsible for the overall effectiveness of NBA programs, including model driven improvements to retention, working closely with POs to implement campaigns and communications
  • Ensure that the customer journeys, across all touchpoints drive exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support Lifecycle Marketing Managers and Product Owners with key program updates and reporting
  • Supporting Lifecycle Marketing Manager and Product Owners with weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Monitor, prepare, and present the customer lifecycle program results to the senior leadership team and to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Design and evolve weekly reporting views to provide senior leaders with a view of weekly movements
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Insights and Analytics, Data Science and Product Marketing among other teams to support the execution of monthly and quarterly operational plans.
  • Collaborate with the CLM cross functional team to ensure excellence in campaign execution testing, reporting and ongoing optimisation.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high performance teams.
  • Strong background in Data-driven Marketing with demonstrated record of extracting meaningful data and using insights to support decisions to improve customer experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Extensive experience working with data scientists to drive meaningful insights and campaigns from propensity models
  • Solid end to end marketing campaign management experience and a proven track record of results.
  • Excellent understanding of customer experience principles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to execute initiatives that deliver marketing effectiveness and positive commercial impacts.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker and excellent planning skills.
  • Experience working in Customer Marketing, Customer Value Management or Planning within Consulting firms or Telecommunications, Financial Services or Retail industry.
  • Demonstrated experience of prioritising according to business KPIs and budget.
  • Innovative and keen to think out of the box in a pragmatic and systematic approach.
  • Experience working with the Agile, Jira and Confluence will be a plus.
