Your opportunity:

This is a hands-on general management role that combines strategy, commercial and product leadership and operational execution at scale to create a material influence on Group strategy, investment priorities and EGW market positioning. It sets where the business plays, how it competes, and how it grows - turning network capability into profitable products, strong customer relationships, and sustainable revenue.

This is a key role on the EGW Senior Leadership team with direct leadership of multiple senior leaders and accountability across EGW Segment Strategy, Business Products and Platforms, Mobile Wholesale, Roaming and Intercarrier, Pricing and Sales Operations.

The role has full accountability for the wholesale P&L, including revenue growth, margin, cost control (roaming, international and interconnect and long-term value creation through developing new partnerships across industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
  • Define and lead the EGW commercial and product strategy, aligned to Group strategy, Long-Range Plan and annual operating plans.
  • Define and govern the 3-year product and wholesale roadmap, ensuring prioritisation of investments across growth, optimisation and innovation initiatives.
  • Translate market, customer and competitor insights into clear strategic choices across product, pricing and wholesale channels.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership to the EGW and broader TPG leadership team.
  • Product & Proposition Ownership
  • Provide oversight of the mobile and emerging technology product portfolio (IOT, Mobile Private Networks, Network monetisation) across Enterprise, Government and Wholesale segments.
  • Ensure product strategies deliver clear customer value propositions, sustainable differentiation, and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Oversee portfolio performance against revenue, margin, cost and lifecycle targets.
  • Champion innovation across mobility, IoT, private networks and adjacent growth opportunities.
  • Wholesale & Partner Growth
  • Set the strategic direction for Mobile Wholesale, including MVNOs, roaming, intercarrier and messaging businesses.
  • Own the wholesale growth agenda, including partner strategy, commercial frameworks, and long-term value creation.
  • Act as executive sponsor for key wholesale partnerships and major commercial negotiations.
  • Ensure TPG Telecom is positioned as the partner of choice for wholesale mobile services.
  • Pricing, Sales Enablement & Commercial Governance
  • Govern Enterprise and Wholesale pricing strategy, deal frameworks and approvals.
  • Ensure disciplined commercial decision-making balancing competitiveness, margin and risk.
  • Oversee sales operations including segmentation, commission frameworks, bid governance and performance management.
  • Identify and lead opportunities for margin expansion and cost optimisation.
  • Leadership & Culture
  • Lead and develop a team of senior leaders, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric and commercially disciplined culture.
  • Model strong collaborative leadership across EGW and the broader organisation.
  • Drive organisational alignment, clarity of role accountability and execution excellence.

What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience in strategy, product, wholesale, commercial or general management roles within telco, technology or adjacent industries.
  • Proven track record of leading complex portfolios with P&L accountability.
  • Deep experience translating strategy into execution.
  • Leadership & Influence
  • Demonstrated ability to lead senior leaders and large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence to Board level.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across sales, technology, finance and external partners.
  • Commercial & Strategic Acumen
  • Strong understanding of B2B, enterprise and wholesale market dynamics.
  • Ability to navigate complex commercial trade-offs and make sound, data-driven decisions.
  • Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience operating effectively in a fast-paced, evolving and highly competitive environment.
