Your opportunity:

Join our Salesforce development team to help drive platform enhancements that support seamless sales and service operations in a fast-paced telco environment. This role offers the chance to work with the latest Salesforce technologies including Lightning Web Components, Apex, , and SFDX while collaborating with Domain Managers, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders.

You’ll be involved in analysis, development, customisation, and testing, helping map functional requirements to platform capabilities with a strong focus on security and privacy. Ideal candidates will bring solid knowledge of information systems and the ability to integrate them for enhanced business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using declarative tools, Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Collaborate with architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to map requirements to platform capabilities.
• Investigate functionality across various programmatic and declarative salesforce technologies in both NPE and production environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for Salesforce applications.
• Manage platform releases and deployments to ensure stability and performance.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using SOAP and RESTful APIs.
• Contribute to solution design documentation and agile delivery practices using tools like Confluence and JIRA.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to peers, supporting legacy system transitions.
• Engage in audits, vendor management, and regulatory activities related to the platform.
• Champion innovation and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with experience in application/platform development within IT/technology environments.
• 5+ years experience in technical Salesforce roles, with deep knowledge across Salesforce, including the Salesforce security model and no-code, low-code and programmatic solutions.
• Proven track record in end-to-end solution delivery, from concept to post-implementation support.
• Strong software engineering foundation and experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Skilled in CI/CD, operational stability, and supporting production environments.
• Familiar with Salesforce release cycles and ability to assess impact of new features.
• Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Developer I/II) and Git experience are highly regarded.
