We are looking for a creative who is not only technically brilliant but also strategically minded, capable of translating complex ideas into captivating motion that resonates with our audiences and drives commercial outcomes. You'll be empowered by best-in-class software, allowing you to focus your talent on innovative storytelling through movement.

  • Cross-Channel Adaptation: Ensure motion content is optimised for various platforms and channels, understanding platform-specific requirements, best practices, and performance considerations.
  • Brand Adherence & Innovation: Meticulously ensure all motion work adheres strictly to brand style guides while consistently exploring innovative animation techniques and visual storytelling approaches to enhance brand presence.
  • Technical Excellence: Maintain high standards of technical execution, including file organisation, rendering efficiency, and asset management for motion projects.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or similar role within an agency or in-house creative team, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse motion projects.
  • Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant motion graphics software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D software is a plus). Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation are also essential.
  • Digital & Video Focus: Demonstrated experience in creating motion content specifically for digital platforms (social media, display advertising) and video production (e.g., TVCs, online video).
  • Creative Storytelling: Proven ability to translate concepts and scripts into engaging animated sequences that effectively communicate messages and evoke emotion.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of animation principles, video formats, codecs, rendering processes, and optimisation for various platforms.

Ideally, you will also have:
