The Senior Campaign Marketing Manager working with Matt Ball, General Manager of Small and Medium Business and Kate Clarke, Head of Marketing and Digital plays a pivotal role in driving integrated marketing and campaign strategies across the Vodafone Business small and medium business segments. This role leads the planning, execution, and performance tracking of multi-channel campaigns, partner enablement initiatives, and brand-building activities that support both top-of-funnel awareness and mid-funnel demand generation.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, IT, and external agencies to deliver high-impact marketing programs that generate demand, enhance partner engagement, and contribute to commercial growth.

- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL channels.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics from concept to post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design and execute channel activation strategies to support indirect sales and partner ecosystems.
- Create and distribute partner enablement assets including toolkits, sales collateral, and co-branded materials.
- Track and report on indirect channel performance, including MQLs, partner engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Support top-of-funnel brand awareness initiatives and mid-funnel lead nurturing programs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and partner communications.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership and content marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, lead generation metrics, and marketing ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing governance processes.
- Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.
- Brief and manage creative and media agencies to deliver campaign assets.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and marketing innovation initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or partner/channel marketing, ideally within Telco, Tech, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record in delivering lead-generating campaigns and managing partner marketing programs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance tracking and ROI reporting.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Ideally, you will also have/be:
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Combined passion for brand marketing and communications with a forward thinking, ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in working within a matrix organisation with demonstrated resiliency and can work under pressure within a dynamic fast paced environment
